About
Who we are
HAUS is a black - queer owned design-haus that creates urban contemporary, gender & size inclusive, clothing with an eco-friendly, gender affirming, and cruelty-free focus.
Keeping a fashion-forward aesthetic in the design process while also protecting our environment is a goal of ours. By sourcing higher quality materials that benefit our planet, we can lower our carbon footprint and find innovative strategies to produce quality pieces that compliment your day-to-day looks.
"Eco-conscious clothing with your style in mind."
Building HAUS
HAUS was founded by designers Michael Sullivan, Shatara Wright and Lindsay Von Leeche. These artists met in San Francisco, CA while all studying Fashion Design at the Academy of Art University. It wasn't long before they curated HAUS and its ideals.
After finding their similarities in character as well as design, Michael, Shatara and Lindsay decided that bringing a group of creatives together was a way to achieve what they call the ’Unified Theory’. Thus, creating what is known today as HAUS.
