Who we are

HAUS is a Black- and Queer-owned design haus committed to creating urban contemporary, gender- and size-inclusive clothing with an eco-friendly, gender-affirming, and cruelty-free focus. We believe in keeping a fashion-forward aesthetic at the forefront of our design process while protecting the environment. By sourcing high-quality, sustainable materials, we lower our carbon footprint and develop innovative strategies to produce timeless pieces that elevate your everyday style.

"Eco-conscious clothing with your style in mind."

Building HAUS

Founded by designers Michael Sullivan, Shatara Wright, and Lindsay Von Leeche, HAUS was born out of a shared passion for fashion and a desire to create something meaningful. The trio met while studying Fashion Design at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA, where their common values and creative visions sparked the idea for HAUS.

United by their desire to bring a diverse group of creatives together, Michael, Shatara, and Lindsay formed HAUS—an inclusive space where art, creativity, and the concept of the "Unified Theory" could thrive. HAUS is a reflection of their vision to blend the worlds of fashion, community, and environmental consciousness.

Our Mission

At HAUS, every product, design, and promotional work is proudly created in-house, right here in the U.S. We source our fabrics and materials from eco-conscious suppliers locally and across the nation, ensuring that every piece aligns with our values of sustainability and community.

We are committed to providing a fit for all body types and gender identities, offering both standard and custom sizing options. Inclusivity and comfort are at the core of our designs, ensuring that everyone can feel seen and celebrated.

Sustainability is the cornerstone of our creative process. By using vegan and recycled materials, along with small-batch production methods, we strive to minimize our environmental impact and play an active role in the eco-conscious movement.
